The Jr. High Band program meets during 2 different classes. 8th grade band meets during 2nd period, with 7th Grade meeting during 6th period. The Junior High performs at the ISSMA Concert Band Festival every year in Group I, and has consistently received a “Gold Rating” for their performances.

Concerts with Tom “Bones” Malone
Friday, May 11, our bands (grades 6 – 12) will have the AWESOME experience of getting to play with Tom “Bones” Malone. You may recognize Bones from the CBS Orchestra, which is the house band for the Late Show with David Letterman. He is also well-known for his contributions as a music writer/arranger and performer with The Blues Brothers, as well as Saturday Night Live.
